Where do I apply for TCVAP?

You can apply for TCVAP:
  1. Apply online by setting up a BenefitsCal Account and then apply through BenefitsCal
  2. By phone at 1 (888) 421-8080 Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 
  3. To apply by Fax, send your completed and signed application to (831) 786-7100
  4. Mail your application to one of our Customer Service Centers
  5. Apply in person at one of our Customer Service Centers:
