How do I apply?
You may apply in person at either or our Human Services Department Application Centers. If you are unable to apply in person, call (831) 454-4165 (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and we will mail you an application packet.
If you are disabled and unable to come into the office, you may designate a person familiar with your circumstances to apply as your representative.
You will be given an appointment to meet with an eligibility worker. The appointment will take 1-2 hours. Benefits can only be approved if you are eligible and we receive all documents necessary to correctly determine eligibility.
