Ongoing Training Opportunities
Ongoing training opportunities are offered free of charge both through the County of Santa Cruz Foster Care and Adoption Programs and Cabrillo College.
Announcements for these trainings are sent out to licensed foster families in their Caregiver Connection newsletter with a monthly calendar and are offered at no cost to the participants. Each year licensed foster parents must complete eight additional hours of training in order to keep their license current.
