When are time sheets due?
Time sheets are due to IHSS Payroll on the 1st and 16th of the month.

Authorized Signatures
Time sheets must be signed by both the care provider and the consumer on the last working day of the pay period.
- Make sure authorized hours are recorded correctly
- Make sure your timecard shows hours worked that are no more then the authorized hours for the recipient.
- Ensure your timecard is complete and readable
- If you work for a portion of a pay period, but the recipient is no longer available to sign your time sheet at the end of that pay period, you must contact the IHSS Social Worker for assistance. Review for accuracy
